"It's a nice shopping center. It has a Nevada State Bank. This was a beautiful bank! Very nice modern design in the inside! They have very nice dividers at the windows! It was a lot fancier here then I thought it would be. We got lucky and walked in with nobody in line. They were fast! So then we were in and out in about five minutes. And the staff member we had was also nice and very helpful as well. Thank you!"

"So I bank with Chase but due to the virus Chase sent me to Nevada state bank since my check is from there. So I walk to Nevada state bank and they have a sign saying to use the drive thru but I called them to inform them that I don't have a car and just wanted my check cashed and they told me that because I don't have a car that I cannot cash my check! What type of bs is that!? If Walmart won't cash it and my back won't cash and they actual back that's on my check won't cash it then how else are we supposed to get our money!? Like protocol is one thing but not even trying to help is another."

"Not sure what has happened to this bank over the years but it has gone down steadily with customer service. I went in to try and open a joint account with my spouse and we were both rudely given attitude about asking questions. The girl helping us seemed frustrated about us just asking questions. If you guys don't want to take in our money we will take our business somewhere else. Such horrible customer service."

"Anajanette Jason is a bank there at the Nevada state bank , she is terrible. I understand my request was a bit more unusual from the standard person walking in the door but are you really going to have an attitude roll your eyes at me multiple time and talk down to me just because you don't like your job ...? Wow the society now a days needs to pull it together . Not everything you do, you will like it's life. She did NOT want to go the extra inch to help me out she didn't want to even help me at all it seemed. Very disrespectful I deal with banks all day every day because of the nature of my job and she made it the worst experience ever."
