"I deposited 1600 cash at 2:30 a.m. ATM monitor didn't showing my deposit. ATM machine steal and eat my money , I will go back inside to check with you guys."
"Like all BOAs now, always one teller regardless. Should have brought my folding chair. Addituonally, a 2.4 google stars. When i read reviews, i agreed with 80%. Line almost to the door, and simple deposits, withdrawls appears to take 20 mins per persin! I been in line for 22 mins now, 1 person at window, 6 people waiting in line. There is one lady at tye doir trying to help people coming through door or at least when i walked in. Problem with that is, she too has been helping the same person since I came in. So both lines are 22 mins. This is way I left BOA three years ago for chase. Chase aleays hace at least two, but alwsys been theee when I always go in at all branches. I am in and out. BOA, should have brought a chair. Then BOA "policy" accordingly to Teller Iris appear to change from visit to visit. Make a $2,000 deposit to a commerical account require i.d every now and then. I asked Iris may i see what the policy is, she deferred me to their website. I was unable to find this policy requiring I.D now. I see it where it says over 10k need id and social security number but nothing saying you need I.D. smh. Do businesses with a consistent, and professional bank, NOT BANK OF AMERICA!!!! Look at their poor excuses of a respond OR lack there of. They dont care unless it affects their money. STAY AWAY. Use chase which is next to smiths, well fargo, anyone but Bank of America"
"STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HUGE WASTE OF TIME BEEN HERE OVER AN HOUR WITH 1 WINDOW OPEN AND A MANAGER TRYING TO GET EVERYONE TO USE THE OUTSIDE TELLER. OPEN ANOTHER WINDOW UP AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS."
"Forgot my folding chair and tablet....my fault... should have remembered what bank I was going in to.....stood in line for an hour....I felt time stop and then I stepped into the black hole which was bank of America customer service.....it's there but is it really there?....all good questions that only the universe has the answers....I guess an apology can make my time wasted worth something.....thanks bank of America for always helping me expand my way of thinking...."
"Trying to give them the benefit of my doubt I have waited a year before reviewing the Bank of America at Camino El Norte in North Las Vegas, NV. The customer service given at this branch is far below an acceptable norm. There is always a line for teller transactions. Normally only one window open while you can see 4-7 employees in the bank. Our time is important also people. Get your act together or close-up shop!"
