Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) 1933 West Craig Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89032

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst place to bank. I recently opened an online account and they closed it due to not being able to verify information. I went in and spoke with Talina who tried to have me come back in later. Absolutely not, so she scheduled me for 4 and was going to find out if I could reopen it or a check would be sent. They decided to keep the money and mail out a cashiers check instead of giving it back right there. They're sure are fast to take your money, but they're slow to give it back. She called to let me know it would be sent out the following day. Today I call and got a very rude man on the phone to assist me. I was super nice at first but after asking him 3 separate time to please confirm if the check was sent, I was a little irritated, and so was he. He kept saying "yes a check will be sent." I then asked a final time and he said "it mailed out today" and I said thank you and he then hung up. Terrible customer service, inept employees, and obviously their ratings reflect their skills."

"I spent 1hr and a half just to pull out money. There's a line outside and inside on top of that only 1 teller that likes to tell a story to everyone she attends?? It did smell a bit off and warm in there. This location seriously needs help just by reviews and customer service sad to say that they need HELP and possibly more employees!!!!"

"Bank institutions have to work efficiently. This particular branch seems to have plenty of people working at all times but only one person knows how to be a teller? Cross train your employees. You have a woman that walks with a tablet back and forth, how about helping reduce the lines? Oyuki says that you must have an account and have your card or provide social security number to get change; ones and fives. In all my years of having to go to any bank and get change this got to be the first time I had to to that. Needless to say I'll think twice before visiting this branch."

"ALWAYS a line of people and 1 maybe 2 tellers working with a slew of others in management walking around the bank making desperate attempts to look busy. I don't know what they teach in B of A's management program but if your customers are not being serviced then what is the point of giving them business? The supervisors or managers or any other staff member who has been trained to work the window should feel inclined to jump in and help - but they don't. They just walk around and try to appear busy. Not good. And they know this."
