"No microwave in room Rooms are kinda small for 2 queen beds. Security is good The hotel has spiked fences around the perimeter. The back gates are secured around 9 am so you only enter in front. The casino is separate from hotel but close to walk Location is one block from Las Vegas Blvd so you can walk."
"We had a very good time. We had left the resort and had to get another hotel to stay in for at least 12 hours before I was playing was ready to take off. And we chose to go to Ellis island the hotel rooms are so nice. I was so surprised but I won't tell anyone if you looking for a decent room. In a decent occasion and can have fun and have excellent food. At the same time and gamble it is the place to be. I gamble for the first time and I want $3. That was exciting for me it was fun."
"This hotel is located just behind the strip. Walking to the Cosmopolitan is about a 20 min walk. The Sphere is an easy 15 min walk around the block. This is a great hotel to stay at if you plan to see a show there, you can leave your car at the hotel's free parking and walk over. The rooms are clean and nice. No ugly curtains but wood blinds on windows. There was a small refrigerator and a coffee maker, which isn't even included at a lot of Strip hotel's. My weekday rate was under $100/night with resort fees. I would call this hotel an incredible bargain."
"This is a cool little spot right off the strip. It's got a great view and great if you want a quick getaway where you can walk to the strip if you need too. One time we walked to the Ferris wheel and it was such a short walk. Port of subs is across the corner, 711 is nearby, and of course you have the casino nearby. The rooms themselves are okay. To be honest the thing I didn't like was the pillows. They are an odd square shape and not very comfortable or large. I usually bring my own pillow but forgot it one time. The mattress for some reason always makes my back hurt. I'm not sure why because it "feels" comfortable but without fail it always hurts my back. Maybe they're old mattresses? Everything is clean in the rooms and the TV's are good size. The fridge in my room never quite gets thing as cold as I would like and I don't think there's a way to adjust it."
"We didn’t stay at the hotel. We ate at the Village Pub and Cafe twice and plan to go back again before we go home. The first time we had the Prime Rib and it was absolutely delicious. A little too much garlic on the green beans but the steak was superb. We had seen the YouTube video before we left home and were pleased to know that it was every bit as good as advertised. The second time we had the fish and chips and while they weren’t quite as good as the steak they were very good. We are from Atlantic Canada so we know our fish and chips. Their craft beer was also very good"
