"Used this location for an Amazon return they required UPS for which I try to never use if possible. Fedex is awesome! There must be a reason staff are standoff-ish and rude as you just walk in the door and you say good morning, is it conditioning from regular dissatisfaction from customers or pricing? They seem very unhappy in their work. Rates may be very inflated here, cost for one (1) printed piece of paper is a mind blowing whopping $5. Staples is nearby for a few cents. Every visit the same recommend other locations."
"This UPS store is awesome. Staff is always friendly and welcoming, and does their absolute best in helping out customers as quickly and efficiently as they possibly can. Last time I was in, Jerome helped me out and got me in and out with a good shipping solution within 5 minutes and a positive attitude! Anyone complaining about costs, wait time etc needs to chill and recognize that this job isn’t easy and to accept reality of costs and that businesses get busy."
"Went into my local UPS store a few weeks back and just now getting around to leaving a review. A couple of Fridays ago my daughter had a gift to ship and I had AT&T equipment that needed to be returned. There were two people ahead of us and there wasn't anyone behind us for the first few minutes. The customer service rep at AT&T said that I could drop everything off at any UPS store and they would pack and ship it back at no cost to me. So I put the 2 remotes, wiring, router, and 2 DVRs into a box, along with the shipping label that was sent to me, to keep everything organized. When it was our turn at the counter I explained that it was an AT&T return. He immediately started taking everything out of the box and scanning the equipment so I showed him I had the shipping label and he shouldn't have to do that. He then explained that the shipping label was only used if I was paying to have the box shipped. Then he sort of snapped at me asking, "So would you rather use the label and pay for shipping costs?" How was I supposed to know that? Why would they tell me at AT&T to make sure I brought the label with me if UPS didn't need it? I responded that after paying AT&T a few hundred dollars per month for 15 years, I'd go ahead and let them pay for the shipping costs. That's when he told me AT&T doesn't pay anything for them to pack and ship. Not sure if he was trying to make me feel bad for doing what I was obligated to do because of my agreement with AT&T, or if he was having a bad night since it was busy and he was the only one there, but I told him that it seemed like a horrible deal and UPS should reconsider that contract with them. After this uncomfortable exchange, my daughter decided she would ship off her friend's gift later, and just buy the box for now. After all, we felt guilty that he was doing all of this work for us and not making a dime from it. So the store could make a few dollars and we wouldn't have to hold up the line any longer. We told him we were just going to purchase the 15×9×2 box for now and we would come back later to ship it. I'm not kidding when I tell you that he charged us $10 for a plain, white, 13"x10"x2" box. Not a pre-paid box, but just a plain white box. So I looked on Amazon and you can buy a pack of 20, of that same size box, for $25 (around $1.25 each box). And out of curiosity, I called another store to ask how much they charged. He said they offered 3 boxes with about the same dimensions, and they were all around $5 apiece. So either he charges double what other locations charge, or he charged me more because I was returning equipment to my cable company and he wouldn't make money from that. Either way, neither was my fault. I would have given more than one star since his store was clean and organized, but after that, I would have given 0 stars if it were an option."
"Charged $5 to be able to print an Amazon label! I was not aware that I need to print a label most returns just have a code, this one, however needed a shipping label. In the past when I’ve been in the situation, other UPS store’s will allow me to email the label and they would print it for a dollar, that seems reasonable enough. Nope, not the store they charged $5, plus the cost of printing! That is outrageous!!!"
"Cost $50 for the "fastest shipping option" for a small lightweight item (friend's wallet). UPS said it would arrive Tuesday. Came a day late. Took 3 business days. To top it off it went into a USPS flat rate package that costs half as much and arrives faster at the PO"
