Customer service was great as well, Joan worked with us well to customize our order and went out of her way to make our first experience with the company perfect. Sadly our 1 year old tipped over our first arrangement, we returned to Joan with no hesitationfora second even better experience."

"Horrible service!!! I placed an order that I had to cancel due to delivery time. I spoke to an employee named DAVID who had such a horrible attitude the whole entire time! He needs to work on his business etiquette. If he doesn’t like his job, why work there? People should feel comfortable and in good spirits when dealing with this type of business! Anyways, I wanted my order canceled. David did NOT cancel my order, still charged me for my order and did not give me a refund nor a refund confirmation which he said twice I would receive! This was my first time using Edible arrangements and after my experience with DAVID that works at the Kaneohe location, I will absolutely never deal with that place ever again. His attitude needs serious adjustments. He shouldn’t be working for any type of customer service. His attitude plus the fact I did not receive my refund for an order I did not receive is very bad business. This place of business deserves zero stars. I will be calling my bank and disputing the charge, since I did not receive my order which I was charged for. DAVID, said I would receive a refund confirmation, which I never received. The charge is still on my card, days later! Which means he lied!!! Great job DAVID."

"I received a beautiful edible arrangement for Mother’s Day. Very disappointed in the size of the strawberries which were not even chocolate covered, it was barely covered with some type of strawberry frosting. The overall taste of the cantaloupe, honeydew and strawberries was like eating a plastic fruit arrangement like you see in a model home. Only the pineapple was sweet. If you guys know that it is not fruit season or that the quality of your fruit Is not edible then perhaps you shouldn’t be charging so much or accommodating orders. I would have rather my girls save their money than to have purchased this over priced less than mediocre arrangement. One star for eye appeal"
