"Absolutely the worst experience dealing with this store. Been calling for hours trying to cancel an order. Their main company contact won't help. Just says call the store. But nobody answers. It's a nightmare. now I have to get my credit card company to intervene"

"Well the pizza tastes good as usual. But the employee was pretty annoying. I walked up and wasn't greeted at all. Not even a "hi." Asked him if he will have more cheese pizza coming out and he said "I don't know" and walked away. When he came back I said "What do you mean you don't know, can you ask someone?" And he walked away again without a word. Then he came back with a cheese pizza. If a pizza was in the oven almost done, how did he not know? Such rude service. 1 pm on Mother's Day 5/14/23."

"Ordered through the app. Maybe this restaurant shouldn’t have it so that customers can order for pick up if it’s NOT an option because the mall is closed. Makes it tough on the customer and tough on the employee when what is being advertised (pick up) is just false. Don’t blame the employee, and I get why she had an attitude because we weren’t the only customers in the same situation. To the management-What a stupid way of doing business. Do better. Fix this."

"The pizza is average, but the employees are unfriendly. I asked, "Do you have napkins?" to which they replied, "we're all out." Hmmmm, you think they could've used some critical thinking to solve this problem? Did they even care to solve it; I doubt it. I asked, "do you have any paper towels in the back?" Eureka, guess what they had? A perfectly fine substitute which they ought to be offering all their guests. Even worse, you have to ring a bell because they're hiding in the back instead of serving in the front. Poor customer service. ‐---------- On a separate visit a different lady was 10x nicer. She was kind and had the Aloha Spirit. Therefore, I'm upgrading from 2 starts to 3. I might update more, but the owner gives a terrible first impression. Who wants to see a sign like this when you walk up? "The more you put in the more you get out" was the quote I think the Papa John's owner advertises here. That sloppy looking sign contradicts that claim."
