"I have had chronic shoulder pain (recurring "frozen shoulder") for years. I used to have to get painful steroid injections by an orthopedic surgeon to relieve the pain and inflammation just so I can lift my arm. It happened again a few days ago. This time, I went to see Pete, since he helped me tremendously when I thew out my back about a month ago. Yesterday, he worked on me for a 95-minute session that included application of heat, whole-body massage, focused shoulder work, and stretches. Today, I can fully raise and rotate my arm! It feels like a miracle, and now I can resume working without pain. I thought I'd need to go in for several sessions, but my shoulder is feeling pretty good today. He also showed me an exercise to maintain movement in my shoulder, so I'll keep doing that. These people are NOT kidding when they say they don't just massage; they heal.
