"I am appalled by the unprofessional behavior of a psychologist who cancelled an appointment with my company on short notice, without any regard for the time and energy of the employees who had taken time out of their schedules to meet with Dr Choy. The appointment was scheduled a month ago for 12/07/2023, but Dr Choy cancelled it at 4:00 PM on 12/06/2023, which is not a 24 hour cancellation notice. Dr Choy's reasoning for the cancellation was that he does not have time and energy for these appointments, which is completely unacceptable for a mental health professional. This behavior not only shows a lack of respect for the employees’ time, but it also raises concerns about the doctor’s commitment to providing quality care to their patients. The doctor’s actions are not only unprofessional, but they also demonstrate a lack of empathy and understanding of the impact of their actions on others. As a psychologist, it is their responsibility to provide a safe and supportive environment for their patients, and their behavior falls short of this standard. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using the services of this doctor, as their unprofessional behavior and lack of commitment to their patients’ well-being is a significant concern."
