"Waikiki beach 2 blocks away, got free parking lot! It’s convenient and money saving a lot (probably according ur rental plan) everyone knows the parking fee is expensive in downtown Oahu, also property management services is quite and good, public areas for rentals got pool, jakuzi, kids’ playground, BBQ space."

"Rented a condo thru Koko Resorts. Paid top money for a DELUXE! Condo. Some furniture shabby and dated. Supposed to be deep cleaned between each occupation. Yeah right! Obviously not checked by a senior Koko staff member. And please Koko Resorts, update your office location information. You are not on site anymore. Carpet in the bedroom was filthy with stains and generally dirty with long black hair on it. Im grey. I bought carpet shampoo and cleaned what I could and vacuumed. I'm being charged a huge cleaning fee when I leave. All they do give it is a quick once over. Not good enough. But I must rate the views at a 100% and the location. Im coming back in two years and I will be not staying in these apartments again."

"Absolutely terrible service, over priced (even for Hawaii). We stayed for the Air B&B option, we booked weeks, even a couple months in advanced WITH insurance. They changed our room a week before we arrived into something smaller. . .for a family of 6. Dirty, many broken/ cheap features like bad wifi, soap holder literally fell off the wall. Yeah, they have a pool, cool minimart and a delicious Cafe below, and a great view plus not far from the beach and other places to eat. But if you're looking for a disastrous place to stay in Hawaii, this is it."

"Because we could not rent an Airbnb, we rented a timeshare. In the same building, the staff was very nice when we had to deal with them. The elevators are extremely slow so plan at least 10 minutes into your day if you're waiting for an elevator. There is a very nice coffee shop downstairs that has amazing coffee, also great soup of the day. There is a really nice Koi pond in the front in the lobby, the security guards were friendly. Make sure you get a parking pass because if not it's about $30 a day for parking. The unit we stayed in had its own air conditioning, it also had free Wi-Fi, it has a kitchen and a living area. The unit we rented has a Murphy bed, and a balcony. There is amenities on the 6th floor, they also have laundry on the 7th floor and up. Although we were not able to use the washer on our floor we could still use the washer on the other floors, they have the washers and dryers set up for the pay range app which is helpful to download on your phone if you're staying in multiple places in Hawaii."
