"Was a great resort, it's in the heart of Waikiki, easily walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was awesome, very helpful. Only problem was the pool is under construction, so unusable. We did walk to the other Wyndham in the area, about 10 minutes away and used that pool, but the beach is right there too."

"Room is supposed to sleep 8! Two of the beds are barely larger than a twin bed. How are you supposed to get two adults into beds that size! Every picture that shows options available in most units, NONE were available in my unit. $50 a day for parking when I pay $350 for maintenance fees!! The pool and hot tub are out of service because they are being worked on, but I have seen no one during my stay working on them! Just my luck my view is of of the parking garage and pool area! My experience has not been good!"

"They need some help understanding service. We are Founders and have 2M pts. could not get us a accessible room as booked. The pool is tiny and under construction for at least 1 more year. offer another properties pool. I am mobility challenged. The pool was over 20 min. walk away. I shoukd have tajen the car, the desk stated it was a 6 mins. walk. The parking here is $50 per day. last time we went to get the car out, the parking staff were playing video games and we had to wait to get the car. other times, they were excellent but refused to help load my mobility scooter."

"Not bad. No real amenities. The pool was closed when we went, water got shut off for 2 days and the roads were closed when we needed to leave for the airport so my experience wasn't the greatest. But the room was a good size, the location was great and the view was nice looking down on the shops."

"I love the room and the amenities that came with it. Such as the TV in the wall of the bathroom. The laundry room. The wireless chargers. The toilet seat and the variety of cable channels. Most of all I enjoy the hot tub and pool on the 16th floor. Last but not least the customer service and assistance I received from maintenance, housekeeping and front desk was extraordinary. I love the view I had on the sixth floor. That was the highlight of my room."
