"This resort has the everything I look for. The staff and valet are so nice and very knowledgeable about the island. The location couldn’t be more top notch and the views from the roof top are just stunning. I was introduced to this resort on a vacation with extended family and loved it so much I decided to use it for my own family’s vacation. We stayed this past February and by the end we were already planning next year with more family and we will definitely be staying at Hilton Hokulani."

"We just came back from a family vacation and this is our second time staying at this Hilton within 2 years. I don't think we would go to any other hotel in Waikiki as Hokulani feels like our second home. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are amazing with a separate tub and rainfall shower, double vanity, bidet. Cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer are also included. The gym had a nice addition with a cable machine with dumbbells up to 50lb, a bench, and cardio equipment (including a Peleton). Rooftop deck with pool and hot tub, ample patio chairs, and cabanas are available too. Most of all, the staff and valet are all amazing, friendly and accommodating. When we first visited, we were hesitant as it is located at the beginning of the strip; however, it is perfectly located when you want to get out of Waikiki as it is easy access in and out. And, it's really not far from the strip, it's l a nice walk, a more upscale and quiet location with restaurants, coffee shops, and all the amenities nearby. "Loved this hotel. We’ve stayed here before but it was almost 7 years ago. It was still as good as I remember. The staff were great and very friendly. We had a 16 hour delay on our flight but they still held our room and didn’t give us the left overs at 3am. We had a great view of the ocean. The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Loved having a full working kitchen. Ice was readily available by calling the front desk and could be kept in the freezer. I love the Toto washlet toilets, once you use them, it’s hard to go back to a regular toilet. The other thing that was absolutely great was access to washers and dryers at no cost on the floors. It was so nice to be able to do a few loads of laundry while we were there. The pink line Waikiki trolley stops right in front of the hotel which is another plus. Everything is in reasonable walking distance and you in the mix of Waikiki without the congestion that the major beach front hotels have. We also had a late flight out and they held our luggage for us and gave us a later checkout. It was a great hotel for us when we were just a couple and still just as great with kids."

"Rooms are nice. Unfortunately faced a argumentative and condescending agent at front desk. Just feels uncomfortable. Best thing would be to avoid speaking to front desk. Location is in a fancy tourist area with many high end shops and dining."

"The Hokulani is a great location and I would recommend it to those traveling and want a more urban stay. The bathroom itself was beautiful and spacious. The staff was friendly and responsive. You’re right in the midst of the beach, food and shopping, and a quick trip for different excursions around the island."
