"I will have to agree with the other 2 reviews concerning some of the staff. They can be very rude and always don’t have time to even answer a question. It could be a racist thing. Being white in Hawaii is not very popular with the local people. Which after studying the history of the islands it’s no wonder why they have issues with white people. Rich White people essentially stole these islands with help of the U. S. Government and its military. That said it could have been worse if we had lost World War II to the Japanese. They were brutal under the Emperor’s rule. Just ask the Chinese and Korean's who hate the Japanese to this day for what they did to them prior to WW II"

"I rent/live in a unit in the building and have had so many issues with the staff- parking, having guests over, mail, and most recently not being able to get things fixed. The light right in front of my unit window to my bedroom is flickering like a strobe light. I’ve asked for this to be fixed for 3 plus days both in person and via email to fix a light bulb. I offered to take care of it myself but was told not to. I was then told they would “get to it when they can”. Half of the time the staff is too busy talking story with the valet people.. Ever since the building staff harassed me about my service animal I feel like they have purposely ignored any requests and have been unnecessarily rude. Every interaction with the staff is stupidly contentious and for no reason"

"My friends own a condo there, and it's lovely. However, there is a Karen drill sargent who is rude and condescending to people visiting. She acts like she owns the place and will stick her nose in business that is not hers. Every time I go to visit my friends, she is there with a snide or inappropriate comment. I love seeing my friends but do not want to go there anymore, lest I see her. I should not have to be harassed every time I want to visit them. The Board of Directors should really reign her in, as I'm quite sure they know exactly who she is."

"Place was clean, literally 3 min walk to Waikiki beach and the shopping centers and food places. Rooftop pool gave amazing views"

"Great place to stay. Condo was small but we weren’t there except to sleep and change clothes! The condo was updated and nicely furnished. We were very comfortable. Everything is spotlessly clean in the lobby, the elevators, and hallways. Excellent view of Waikiki and the location is great. Short walk to the beach , the markets, and the Strip for night time entertainment or shopping. Right on the major bus route so you have lots of choices of buses to get everywhere you want to go. Nice pool and parking up and off the street. Someone present in the lobby all the time and nobody can access the elevator without a key. Totally safe and secure. Highly recommend this place."
