"Been coming here since early on in my first pregnancy seeing Dr. Khozaim. I liked him right away, and have had no issues throughout any of appointments. He has consistently laid out all information for every test I've taken, been contemplative over symptoms/concerns, and straightforward with communication. I have never felt pressured to make any decision, only well informed. I'm so glad to have a wonderful doctor and he has only shared the highest regards for his fellow OBs which is relieving when it's not up to you when the time comes. My only complaint is the office has had broken AC for several weeks and the building they're substituting at has little parking. That and the location switch wasn't sent out to clients. Not worth a personal demerit to the doc though!"

"Kareem Khoziam, won’t call him a doctor - needs to be investigated!! The aid who was assisting him was negative support as well. Young female. Not to mention my test results when I saw Victoria/Vanessa? are no where to be found on my chart. Based off other reviews, it looks like this insensitive, berating, humiliating excuse of a medical doctor has a habit of talking down to patients! It’s obvious he has highly negative opinions about womxn having active sex on the island. Don’t make it personal, Kareemy! Your personal beliefs have nothing to do with why people go to a doctor in the first place! My visit was over a year ago, and my time with him still haunts me!!! I realized I never wrote a review, and looking at other reviews, and trying to find past test results (which are MIA), reminded me how he needs be investigated! All potential bonuses CUT OFF! I only returned there because I thought I would see Victoria/Vanessa again, who was super sweet, but turned out she left this particular practice! I wonder why!? Kareemy is judgmental and acts like his advice is Godly, but it really crosses the line of a confused teenage boy, non licensed therapist, and who knows how he got his license to practice medicine. Again! Kareem Khoziam needs to be investigated by the medical board and I will start that process!!! To to other reviewers, you are not alone! We must speak up in numbers and see the day he no longer EVER steps into a room with another patient!!! Disgusting and the worst experience I’ve ever had with a so-called doctor!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!! Stay away!!!!"

"I cannot say enough about Dr. Khozaim. He's just wonderful. I've never felt so comfortable and confident in an OBGYN in all my life. Zero pain which is actually a first for me. He had insights into my very complicated situation that non of the other many Doctors ever had. Very very knowledgeable, incredibly gentle and funny too! Just wonderful."

"Just had my first ultrasound for baby #2 and it was a really great experience with Dr Kareem. He made me feel extremely comfortable and was easy to talk to. I’m someone who feels intimidated by doctors, but I didn’t have any of those feelings with him. Definitely recommend!"

"Dr. Khozaim and the Hilo Medical Center nurses and staff were amazingly kind and insightful. I arrived at the emergency room with 10/10 right lower abdominal pain. All imaging was normal (ruled out appendicitis), so the ER doctor brought in Dr.Khozaim for a consult. He listened to my concerns for a possible ovarian torsion, and he saw how much pain I was in, which was very abnormal for a healthy 33 year old female. He took me into the OR for a laparoscopy exploratory surgery, which revealed an ovarian torsion. He corrected it and made sure the ovary was healthy and would not twist again. I am very thankful to him and the whole staff. Great experience, safe comfortable environment. Thank you doctor and medical team!"
