"Lexus at Makai was professional and courteous, making my new patient process a truly enjoyable experience. I have worked over 4 years in Medical Administration and I was very impressed by her. I wasn't the easiest new patient, I realized at the last minute I needed a medication refilled and I hadn't yet established care in the area. I know typically the turn around time on new patient processing is a few days but she quickly processed me and I have an appointment in less than 24 hours so that I don't miss any doses of my medication. I am truly thankful for this health centre. I have only heard positive things, and I can see why!"

"I was on island for a year and a half and Dr. Leboo was the only medical professional I saw while living there. I am type 1 diabetic, and I normally see an endocrinologist every 3 months, but big island doesn't have any endocrinologists on island. I panicked when my diabetic supply prescriptions ran out unexpectedly, as I will be off island for a few months, but Maika'i Health made a same day Telehealth appt for me where I got them all filled again with no hassle from their end.
