"My finger tip is dead. Purple at top of tip. Fingernail is falling off. Its been infected for 45days. P.A Irani prescribed 2 more sets of antibiotics instead of removing dead flesh. I had to tweezer and clip out all. I finally gave up on him. I got Sara to look at it. Doc. She was very defensive about P.A. Irani care of sawcut. She said I should have been able to remove dry skin no problem. I told her rotten flesh not dry skin. She told me a saline soked gauze wrap each morning. Each removing would tear out stuck dead flesh. I would have loved info in beginning. Irani said keep dry no ointment. It got so sealed it wanted to explode. I had to put neosporin on it to drain pus. Im 60yrs old. I have had over 300 stitches threw my lifetime. This is the worst I have ever had. I have been trying to take care of a huge infection. My finger hasn't been able to bend in 45days. Swollen and it goes into my hand. Last doc Sara said they don't prescribe more then 1 antibiotic prescription. I told her I've had 3. She had no answer why I would get that. Because it was only way finger could not die. Its blotchy and has streaks in it now. 10 days I see doc at Bay Clinic. I hope I dont die from blood poisoning. I dont feel good. Feel hot and headhurts bad. I am super sad I trusted them to help me. Please don't be like me."
