"Dr. Rudy isn’t too bad. I will say she knows her stuff and could be a really great doctor, but she has always lacked bedside manner, which didn’t bother me previously because she caught some things other doctors probably wouldn’t have caught, but in the past 2 years I have found her service and attention have tremendously declined. The whole office just feels like a money hungry machine trying to pump out patients. She doesn’t remember anything about me anymore, which makes me feel like she can miss a lot (which she has lately) and the billing and backend of the office are completely unorganized. The billing is always off and they bill me for more than I should be because they make you pay your co-pay the day of your appointment the. Don’t keep it in record. They also bill you for every little thing. I got billed an office visit just to receive my results from a test. I would definitely NOT recommend any doctor in this office."
