Employee came over and berated me with things I can't even dream of posting on Google, and he also kicked my vehicle. Why? Because I had the nerve to park in a completely empty lot for under 90 seconds because the police had shut down the road and I needed a spot to turn around. Never seen anyone living in paradise be so rude to a fellow human being. And for what?"

"If I could give zero stars I would. I'm in from out of town and there was a ton of construction on the street, and I couldn't get to my hotel to load luggage. I parked in their corner lot 3 doors down fro a total of 90 seconds to load my luggage and the guy, right in front of me, threw some sort of super adhesive sticker onto my vehicle window, and then he kicked the front bumper. Bad look for your establishment, and a bad look for Maui. If the owners are reading, he was a VERY short but relatively built older gentleman. Do better!"

"Called to talk about windows that have been leaking. Supposed to be replaced two years ago. My new flooring and new cabinets and electronics were all destroyed. As soon as I say what I'm calling about joe Blackburn hangs up on me like I'm a piece of you know what. Hes very unprofessional and incapable of managing a property like ours. Such a shame our building is flooding and they wont do anything about it. It's been getting worse every year."
