"They told me false claims on my credit report on why we got denied. Saying I had a 400$ past due bill ..really 400$ thats not including a false claim they said I had. I think all they want to do is collect those application fees."

"HORRIBLE! You should have done background checks to see who you are renting to. You should have put your foot down when they threw garbage outside and it ends up next to my door (still). You should have told them to be respectful of their downstairs neighbor - in noise level, running/jumping, and electrical consumption (per lease agreement). And when they didn't, you should have enforced them by giving them notices instead of acting like I'm complaining too much for no reason (per lease agreement). You should have listened to my complaints and been empathetic and impartial instead of accusatory and vengeful with the other tenants. You should have given me a discount for not having a working stove for a MONTH, and dryer for a MONTH, forcing me to purchase prepared food and go to the laundromat and paying more (and not telling me when it will be fixed like the law says). You should have done a written inventory before I moved in. You should have fixed everything I requested to be fixed (I am still waiting for things). You should have provided garbage bins and scheduled frequent removal of waste materials (Section 42a.5) SLUM LORDS!!!"
