"I like to say that IAO Gardens is a little hidden gem in downtown Wailuku, not to be confused with Iao Parkside lol. Overlooking the beautiful Iao Valley this little condo complex has a pool hidden by a lava rock wall, with a cute little BBQ area that is rarely in use. Secure building with key entry, parking garage, and elevator. Most of the residents are long time owners who look out for each other. Very safe vibe even though it's down town. I love the location. Super easy to get anywhere on island. Close to everything. Hospital, market, shopping etc. With the new growing plans in Wailuku this is sure to be a growing hot spot to live. For now I am enjoying living here while it is still a secret :)"
