"If there was a place more poorly managed, correction what I witnessed from the resident manager Carol Kim was plainly brutal harassment. Mouth hanging astonishment,downright appalling. My search for new residence is the only proper action to take. Sadly this is not an isolated incident this person continues to show negativity the lack of aloha he portrays is unbecoming and demands action."
