"We had a terrific summer, lived there for 3 months. It was immaculately clean when we moved in. Our floor was quiet and everything was in good working order. The manager Martha was extremely responsive. The location was incredibly convenient and the price was extremely reasonable relative to other short term rentals. All in all a great experience."
"I’ve been a tenant for this place for over a year. No glam or glitz but it gets the job done and it’s conveniently located. However, don’t expect to get any help from the office at all, the only helpful person is the landlady. The number of times I have called and emailed but have been blatantly ignored is ridiculous at this point. Apparently this office likes to get rid of their tenants by making up lies instead of actually communicating with all parties. Gladly leaving next month."
"Needed my tools for some things but not a bad experience overall. Comfortable bed. Working fridge. Flushing toilet & running water. Popped the fuse cooking dinner which was a downside but it got resolved super quick. We just couldn’t use the microwave at the same time as our hot plate. Our internet was a struggle, it was bad so we just used ours. But they resolve things quick so the internet would of gotten resolved if I would of bothered I’m sure. I’m 6 foot so showering was me kneeling in there just for ease sake.. but that’s most showers for us above 5ft 7, lol.. My only main gripe really was the ac, it only pointed at the ceiling so it was hard to cool off the room, I just did the ol’ cardboard n tape method and worked fine. And the hot plate just didn’t cook our food fast enough.. But once again, if I had bothered to call, I’m sure they would of done something, I just didn’t want to call them. We got locked out of the place, (totally my bad) made a call and got back in quick. Like I been saying, just make that call if there’s a issue. Stayed for about 2 weeks. Wish I could of stayed longer.. Everyone was great."
"Great place and very secure. Staff is always available to answer any question. Location is great two blocks away from the beach!"
