"Its a great program that's been expanding to try and help veterans. It started of years ago when a gentleman got a grant to use old barracks to house homeless vets. Its not a free ride and residents are required to try to better themselves with the help offered. For those going through rehab it's a one strike policy. Use and your out. They have to be serious about getting sober. Most of the focus is back to work for all but disabled veterans. Permanent housing is the focus for elderly and disabled vets."
