"If you’re looking to lease with Kalaeloa definitely see Chad Galisa as your leasing professional! He assisted us in getting our first home with them. It was super fast and easy. When our roommate wanted to go on their own we needed to relocate and downsize and decided to stay in the community. We went through multiple leasing professionals and there was A LOT of miscommunication and were given the run around. It was VERY frustrating and stressful. We were running out of time due to having to vacate the home for inspection and final move out date. Chad finally decided to pick up our case file and assist us.
