"Kai Lani is our favorite place to stay on Oahu, and this is our second stay with Ola properties. The Ko Olina area is beautiful, and has several great beaches we love. Nearby Kapolei offers plenty of shopping and affordable restaurants. Kai Lani, Apt 2b is where we stayed. It is a nice condo, and had all of the necessary conveniences provided , including bedding, bathroom towels, kitchen utensils, for our stay. The bathrooms are clean and have been recently renovated, the beds are comfortable, and having the pool directly behind the unit was a real plus. Our only issues were the couch cushions are a bit worn and saggy, making seating in the living room a bit uncomfortable, and some of the blinds have broken slats, that have temporary (cardboard) repairs made, and (some) blinds could not be opened or closed. These things did not detract from our great stay, and should be easy fixes if the owner is willing. To be fair we didn’t notify the Ola management company of the noted (minor) concerns, as didn’t want our vacation stay interrupted, and we felt the overall condition of the property was good enough. Regarding the Ola property management concierge, Jason, we found him to be very kind and helpful, quickly responding to any questions, needs or concerns we brought up."

"Jason met us when we arrived, he had opened the condo, cooled it nicely and had soft Hawaiian music playing. He was very helpful regarding the rental and the area. Thank you Jason. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. It had a nice view of the ocean and was very close to the pool. The unit is close to the highway and we could hear the highway noise. That is the only downside to this condo. We found the overall experience excellent and we would return in the future! View from our lanai. Thanks to all for a great experience. Shout out to "Romie" for all his help. He found a lost item for us, he was personable and gave us useful advice about the surrounding area. He was a welcome friendly face."

"Great property with wonderful amenities and restaurants close by. There were minimal issues such as we could not use the middle stand up shower. The shower head was too big for the shower and it hit the back wall of the shower and water would only hit you in the face. The head was unable to be lowered enough to hit the upper and lower body. The appliances were all in good working order, but the sink was slow to drain. If you’re going to Hawaii to cook your own meals, just be mindful that the oven takes a long time to heat in the particular unit we were in. The beds were very comfy, all the tvs worked and were nice with plenty of channels. The pools were great as well as the beach with easy and secure access. Would stay again!"

"Amazing experience start to finish. Staff was helpful, friendly, and communicated extremely efficiently. Villa was clean, well stocked with essentials and even had extras like beach chairs and kids life vests. The grounds are immaculate. Really appreciated the staff helping us to our Villa and showing us around also. Top notch service from start to finish! We will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"We had such a great time! The property is very nice and secure as well. I’d probably do 4.5 stars if it was an option just because the living room furniture needs upgrading. Not comfortable. But the pool was amazing and sunsets on the lagoon were a daily experience. We visited Aulani next door but it was so crowded there we knew we made the right choice. We did see two bugs in the kitchen but a call to the property managers had that fixed in the same day. They came and sprayed and we never saw another bug. We would definitely stay again."
