"Unfortunately Move for less was not my experience it cost me MORE NOT LESS. My movers dropped an item down the stairs and it severely damaged a custom door. They said it would be taken care of and it was not! They refused to reimburse me for a similar door even from home depot. I was willing to find the most affordable matching door and had the item and price emailed. The company refused to give me more than 250$ and nothing more I was charged 1300$ to move and I tipped 200$ for 4 men because I thought more men meant less work. It is hard labor and was an accident but DO NOT SCREW OVER A GOOD CUSTOMER the customer IS NOT happy! They customer service was terrible. I will not be using this company EVER again the name is misleading AND LAUGHABLE BUYER BEWARE! I Suggest you hire a company that has better liability coverage they wouldn’t even cover a basic door from home depot and installation. My new home has scuff marks throughout my home too. Thanks for the 250$ It covered the labor atleast!"

"10/10. Movers were SO fast I was very impressed. We had so much stuff and multiple locations to pack up I’m still shocked how quick they finished! Our moving crew was very respectful and attentive and made a chaotic day a breeze.. I’ve never had such a stress free move!! I compared around and their pricing is VERY fair / reasonable especially for the quality of the job! If you’re departing getting movers - give them a call their quotes were accurate and easy!!"

"I booked my move a month in advance and the movers still showed up late. I understand that things happen but our move in day was a very busy and tiring event... and it was delayed by poor communication and detail. I got a call the day before telling me they could not make it until the next day... then on the day of I had to call them to find out I was delayed for 3 hours when I was there waiting for them for 45 min at the crack of dawn. The quoting process was great Stephanie was awesome and gave me free material which I appreciated. Frank the dispatcher was great and very nice even though he had to deliver me bad news. The movers were Incredible guys! They moved fast and were very careful... they scuffed a couple of baseboards but nothing major. If they could have communicated to me and took more initiative in telling me the updates I would have been much happier and given a better rating. Like most business the product is a good one, but they have some internal communication issues that can really ruin ones experience."
