"Lonnie at the deli area was so kind and hospitable when I visited there after work this evening. He took the time to ensure that I had my choice of food items and packed them very neatly. I appreciate his willingness to provide the type of service that makes customers come back and recommend your store to others. I look forward to seeing Lonnie again someday. Somebody give that young man a raise."

"Ordered grocery delivery 3/11. Order delayed 2 hours then had to be rescheduled for next day. Waited all day 3/12 for delivery. Was assured TWICE that groceries would be delivered by 5pm after another 2 hour delay. Called 800 Customer Service-was advised to cancel and reorder. Tried online store number that tells you someone will return your call-left 2 messages-no one called. No one answers main store line for the past 8 hours. Still don’t have groceries. They had delivery appointments available all day but you can only reschedule once. They have my money but I still have no groceries. THIS IS THE 3rd TIME IN LAST 10 WEEKS THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED. If you can’t deliver groceries then don’t offer option! 100% worst customer service/service recovery of any of the west/southwest stores in Vegas. Used to be my favorite store-sooo disappointed AGAIN! Who is running this store? Right hand doesn’t know what left hand is doing! You delivered other people’s groceries today but left mine FROM YESTERDAY sitting in staging refrigerator??? I don’t understand?!?"

"Do Not Go Here! Watched the service center employee Sonia and the supervisor with the black leather jacket and black hair racial profile the gentleman behind me. He had his receipt and simply wanted to return his products like I did. They made both him and I wait 20 mins with 2 different cashiers to return our products. They told him they would have to check the cameras. Meanwhile 4 older white people come in line to return and they don’t question anything and get them right in and out. This is a HORRIBLE team and I’m done with Walmart."
