"My absolute favorite place for fish and supplies. Large selection and a regular shipment of new fish. (I go in around once every 1-2 weeks and there's always new fish) Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff that is eager to help. Great team communication, if someone doesn't know the answer to a question, they know which coworkers will. I've had poor experiences at an unnamed corporate chain pet supply where the staff seems annoyed that I'm asking for a fish and that they have to do their jobs. Oh noooo. This problem isn't present at The Pet Shop, and I highly recommend supporting this locally owned business and to sign up for the rewards. It's been beyond worth it for me. Keep it up guys!"
