"Excellent management, great concept of dorm style living with individual units with their own mailboxes. Right in town perfectly situated access to 4 major streets and efficient shortcuts when walking. Everything you need is walking distance. Right where the action is but still secure. Keyless gate, building, and unit entry. Designated and dedicated in-house cleaning and professional security that doesnt tolerate anything illegal on property, and makes sure no tenant inconveniences another and everyone is safe. Free Wifi and cable tv. The facilities are thoughtfully kept, very sanitary and clean. Even has a weights and cardio area! What would complete it to perfection is if good people populate it. "This is a shared facilities residence. The rent is cheap, but you are renting a room with a bed and a desk and chair. There are shared bathrooms and showers on each floor. There is a common kitchen with fridges and freezers shares by all the tenants, as well as a tv area to sit. Rooms are fairly small and gets pretty bot in the summer. But you can't beat the price for tour own room. If you've ever stayed at a dorm or barracks, it's like that."
