"The people that work there are friendly, helpful and smile when you talk to them. I got help picking out my eye glasses. That alone was great. The lady that helped me was awesome.... she even changed where the line for my bifocals goes.... I've never had anyone do that for me, how awesome!!!... can't wait to go back and pick them up in 3 weeks."

"I normally have an eye appointment at the first of the year for vision and retinal screening. My wife and I have been patients there for almost 15 years. I have VSP insurance. It is a Cadillac policy. I left the office last year with a zero balance! Eight (8) months or so later, I received a bill for an additional $95! From the invoice, there is double billing (e.g. same insurance billing code listed twice for payment but the test was performed only once!)and their not accepting VSP’s payment schedule! This has never happened to us in almost 15 years as a client. It is a little too late after the fact to change an agreed to payment from the insurance company! Conveniently, no one from the business-side has taken our calls. Maybe, Pritchett should audit their billing demand for payment before sending them out! I recommend steering clear of this office until they get their act together!"

"There service was great. I got in early and was done in no time. Just had to wait a little longer then I would have wanted getting a copy of my prescription. Just a little miscommunication is all. But I would recommend them for sure staff was very welcoming. I had no issues with the optometrist at all. He was very nice. Everyone has their opinions though."
