"My experience at this emergency room was fantastic. I'm 76 years old and I've been in a lot of emergency rooms. The staff was very professional, kind and caring. I highly recommend thinking going here when you need to and they got me in in record speed"

"I’ve never had an issue at this place but my visit this time was horrible. The front desk lady with blue hair was very rude and dismissive to my complaints. I was having sharp chest pains, throwing up, dizzy and still neck. I was told to sit in the lobby and wait. I was there for 45mins and when I got up after being called I was walking got really dizzy and had to lean over to hold myself from swaying. I asked her for a chair and she told me that I was fine and a few steps to get on the scale. I stood on it and again was dizzy and saying. She escorted me to the room. My blood pressure was still very high. I was shivering I was so cold and asked the nurse for a blanket and I could hear her at the nurses station just talking, laughing and I never got that blanket. I was given medicine and told to go home. Even with the continue feelings of sharp chest pains, dizzy and throwing up. I kept telling them I was in a lot of discomfort and I was ignored and told I could leave. Went home still feeling the same, upset and feeling unheard. They didn’t even check my blood pressure again. The took it once and then took it off. It was a horrible experience and I felt like I was bothering them and rushed out."

"I went there after an accidental dog bite when playing ball with my pup. I got excellent care and was extremely pleased with the friendly caring staff and was so glad they were there. It was the middle of night with pain and infection and could not wait until urgent care opened and dreaded going to larger E.R knowing if a big emergency rollover or something I could be there for hours."

"Would love to keep this place a well kept secret. The staff was warm, polite and explained everything super well. They were attentive and let us know estimated wait time for tests, what was going to happen and how long before we could get discharged. They were very helpful and thorough in their testing. Wait times were not long at all."

"This new ER at Spanish Springs is a shiny new coin in the Northern Nevada Medical Center line-up. Situated near the Spanish Springs Library and the new Winco out there, it boldly, yet discretely stands out as a safe harbor for impromtu help and emergencies in that neck of the woods. I needed to get bloodwork done while fasting, and it was the perfect choice as the lab is available 24 hours. We are early birds on a Saturday morning before wanting to get breakfast before doing our weekend errands. Upon entry, the receptionist at the front window gave us a friendly smile and took in our information. Then, we took a seat in the welcoming, clean front lobby waiting room which is brightly lit by the beautiful giant floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows facing the great views of Pyramid Highway and nearby neighborhoods. We waited about ten, fifteen minutes (there was someone ahead of us), then it was my turn. The sweet, friendly lady (gosh, I plumb forgot her name, and we've seen her twice, now!), took me in and very professionally and efficiently took my blood. The lab room is small and very clean and neat. We were in and out of there in less than ten minutes. The entire visit was in less than 30 minutes. The ER at Spanish Springs is the perfect place for getting your blood work quickly and at a time to your convenience. It's a very nice place and location!"
