"I made an appointment for Feb 27th for 10:15 . I was greeted by the a kind lady named Michelle and was done by 10:20. The lobby was full of people who just did walk in service and were angry I was able to go before them. She stayed composed and did a great job. Bottom line : Make an appointment. Be on time. Plan ahead."

"The location on Vista is terrible. We showed up for a walk-in and were checked in before 11. The lab lady walked out and said we don’t take any walk-ins past 11. When we pointed out that we were checked in prior to 11, she then changed her reasoning and said that we had to be in the back office prior to 11 if we wanted to be seen. Honestly it looked like the lab lady didn’t want to do her job that day, and sent away anyone she could so she didn’t have to work any longer. I asked her where it was written that they don’t take walk-ins past 11 and she could not give an answer. She just shoved us out the door. Extremely disappointing."
