Saint Mary's Urgent Care - Sparks

"If I could provide a negative star review I would. This facility is inequipped to handle "urgent care" needs. They will refer you to the emergency room and then charge you for the urgent care visit anyway. They will not return any calls to inquire further either. Be aware and reconsider this urgent care unless you want to pay for absolutely nothing. I've never had trouble with getting treatment from any other Urgent Care and the treatment recieved at the ER visit was fully capable of being done at an Urgent Care. You are better off finding an Urgent Care that has the knowledge and experience to treat you so at least your hard earned money is spent with purpose."

"I recently went to this location for respiratory issues. Shawna who seen me was absolutely amazing and a true Gem to be with Saint Mary’s. Sasha who checked me in was a true pleasure. Great personality and overall wonderful person. Brian who got me ready was wonderful and had a great personality. Saint Mary’s should be proud to have such a talented team."

"The facility was clean and the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I left the facility, however, unseen and feeling sad and angry. Before Dr. even spoke to me, she informed me that because of my age and long time conditions she was likely to tell me to go to ER. It wasn't what she told me rather the condescending manner she had when repeating the same answer to the queries I made seeking clarification. I chose to leave, feeling unimportant and disposable."

"I came in early and had done all the paperwork over the phone so I checked very quickly and the woman there was friendly and efficient. Then I saw nurse practioner Jessie and she too was very friendly and thorough and after having x-rays taken by a friendly radiologist she called later that day to explain my results and advise me accordingly! Overall, Very pleased with my visit. Thank you"

"Sport physicals here was such a breeze. We made appointments for later in the day, but they were cutting close to actual activities. So I was able to call and move them up. Check in online was super easy and then processing the children when we got there was even better. I could not have asked for a better experience as a mother of four. The physicians assistant that helped us today was absolutely amazing. I had her treat my 15-year-old and 14-year-old has if they were having to go through the process themselves. She asked me the questions that she needed to, but pointed most of the questions towards the children themselves. Absolutely amazing"
