"We received the kindest, most caring medical service on March 20th from Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks. The ER Nurse J called to give me a status update and to obtain more intake information that would help my loved one receive the best possible care. Her sweet, compassionate manner relieved all my anxiety and worries under a very stressful situation. That type of solicitude is rare in today’s world and I felt a deep gratitude to this nurse from where I was, nearly 100 miles away late that evening. I cannot thank Nurse J and the ER team enough! "Very nice experience. Efficient system, clean and pleasant ambiance (I particularly liked the big picture of "No Hands Bridge" in the imaging department). They were able to adjust the schedule so I didn't have to leave and come back later for the sonogram. Kudos to Kevin and Ian and all the staff at admissions and imaging whose names I can't recall."

"I had a wonderful experience! Just got released after a week. They wouldn't let me leave until they figured out the problem. My night nurse Jon was amazing and same with Abby. I was on the 3rd floor. Would highly recommend after I was seen at banner and they let me go without figuring out what was wrong. Northern Nevada will always be my go to next time I have an emergency for sure!"

"I’ve gone for many years here for my mammogram. The new tech is bitey and almost rude but thinks she’s being sensitive. She never told me to open the door when I was ready and then said this happens with everyone. Then she would tell me to pose one way and then tell me I was doing it wrong. I have sensitive skin under my breast and get rashes after every mammogram. She was aggressive enough I got rashes during. Then she told me to see my primary for this. Like I have before! When I checked in the girls were all in back talking and ignored the check in for a good 10-15 minutes. While waiting to go back I could over hear the front desk girl and another girl complaining about life and costs of living. It was just way less professional than it ever has been in the past."
