"I never saw the podiatrist - because of the complete idiocy of the staff. Kept demanding referral and insurance information to make an appointment. Went weeks with my GP and insurance going around in circles and sending them responses until they were satisfied and actually made the appointment. When I arrived the front desk lady informed me I couldn't see the podiatrist because she hadn't seen the referral. After that I didn't want that Podiatrist anywhere near my foot."
