"I had a medical bill issue saying I had to pay the full amount which was a lot and it said that my insurance didn't respond to the bill. So I called UHA customer service and spoke to Rachel about my situation, I gave her the information she needed and that she will call them about this bill. Within 30 minutes I get a call back from Rachel and said that the billing issue will be corrected and reissue new bill. I was so happy and very grateful for Rachel's help on this matter. Thank you again Rachel and UHA health."
"Non responsive company. And before I get a template response from them saying our intent is for compassionate blah blah. I’ll tell you this. I already Made a BBB complaint. Ongoing issues with customer service, reimbursement, non coverage of claims, non transparent plans. They state their plans and formulary are on the webpage. When the page is up or not giving html sql errors maybe I could view it. I’ve tried calling for formularies to be mailed or pdf emailed, and they refuse stating it’s on the webpage. I have an adult son who needs medication and have been calling since Friday and today is Wednesday. UHA will not cover his meds-used to be $15 now over $300 for a generic that is on formulary. What a compassionate company, but I wouldn’t know that as no one calls me back. Apparently your reps will not discuss my plan or pricing. They have to take a message for a drug rep. Who never calls. I’m sure they are doing compassion training courses as I write this."
"I have been a health care professional for over 17 years and I have never seen such thorough care coordination and speedy delivery of care!!! In regards to the concurrent care program that bridges treatment and Hospice services: Amazing! Every aspect was handled so smoothly and expertly with very little for us the family to worry about. Services covered included RN, CNA, PT, OT, SW, Healing Touch, Chaplain, Medicine DELIVERY, SAME DAY medical equipment delivery, respite, hospital and Hospice House care! UHA was there for us in our time of need, making it easier to be with our loved one. Thank you!"
