"Thanks for the ton of cardboard, left over material and four days of blowing saw dust out of my garage. Home Depot delivered appliances to my house, they took the packaging and trash. RC Wiley delivered furniture to my house and took to packaging and trash, just saying these are professional business I suppose. Updates reviews to come, once finally finished. Thanks to element I been into this project since the end of March, and ETA for final cabinets, and apparently the handles to the cabinets that were hung, end of may…."

"Jeff was hired to help me with my remodel, it was an extensive job with a butlers kitchen and main kitchen area. So far I'm not impressed, I'll update my review if things changes, but there are several broken promises, shoddy workmanship, and his company is just hiring others to do the install. I can't recommend Element at this time for a cabinet company. Update 11/7/19 - Changing from 1 star to 4 stars Jeff has followed thru and addressed my concerns and the finish product I'm happy with. I was upset with the way things were handled and time frame, but Jeff's ability to follow thru and deal with frustrated customers is his companies strong point. I'm not the easiest customer to deal with, and I push for excellence. My dealings with him have shown me he has years of experience in customer service, and his follow up, even on difficult situations shows me his company will go far if he makes adjustments with communication, initial install quality, and promise keeping. I'll add that my job was not an easy remodel, we had several modifications and multiple parties to deal with (designers, wood workers, contractors and more) I'm sure that this job added to his experience and he has modified things that caused the delay and smooth installation. My final review is that he has the right price, and while follow thru with my job for speed and commitments were not perfect, he did finish correctly in the end. That's a lot more than what can be said for by other companies."
