Reviews
"I would not recommend this doctor for anything to ANYONE! He has zero bedside manner & he should not be in business at all. Taking an oath as a medical professional and not upholding that oath is not acceptable. If I could give a negative star review I would!"
"I've been a patient for over 7 years. I recently saw the reviews here and they sound almost fake. Almost... I can see where some might not like his bedside. He's blunt. He told me, "either way you will either be dead in 10 days or you'll be better." He was right and I'm glad he didn't hold my hand and tell me not to worry. I needed to worry. I almost died and I can tell you he does care. If I had not followed his direction I would not be alive today. I'm in good health, and self pay if that is a factor. He has given me good medical advice and managed my medical emergency. Given me good referrals for other medical needs. I find him to be affordable. Did have some confusion with billing, but nothing crazy. Staffing issues yes, with COVID thats everywhere. All new faces this week so hopefully the new staff will get the hang of things. I had no complaints. In and out with the meds I needed and my questions answered."
"Big joke (billing wise). I have been a patient of Dr. Swanson since roughly 2005, before he was Alpine Family Medicine, I adore him, however, recently my insurance plan changed. I was told it was ok and seen once with my new plan. After that the office manager said "we dont accept that plan". I'm now having to seek a new physician, which is difficult due to my work schedule and I did not want to as I've been with Swanson for so many years. Thanks for nothing "office manager". It is obvious that patient loyalty means nothing to you."
"As a professional, I was absolutely appalled by the treatment I received at this office; If I could give Andrew Swanson and his staff zero stars, I would. Not only are not they not HIPPA compliant by SCREAMING your health information across then entire building, or by leaving your door open during your entire visit (sorry for the elderly lady next to me who I now know suffers from xxxx), but they also are extremely rude and crooks in my book. I hope their office is happy with my $200, because they just lost 3 (would-have-been) loyal patients. Not very economical, if money is what they are after- but again many don't look at the bigger picture and Dr. Swanson's office is one of them. I wouldn't trust the health of a tic on my dog's ass with this asinine practice."
"Dr. Swansen was my Doctor for a few years and he was alright in the beginning. Just alright though. He has no compassion really and lacks good bed side manners. Doesn't listen and interrupts while I am talking, very arrogant! Lack of communication with the staff there which causes professional incompetence and inconvenience for patience. Going to go elsewhere for Family Doctor. I think it's time for Dr. Swansen to retire. The staff needs some cheering up too!"
