"Bathroom was disgusting. No toilet paper. Garbage strewn all over. Changing table was filthy, and the sink area was too gross to even attempt washing my hands. Only restroom servicing Wendy's and the Asian restaurant, seriously, the Health Department should inspect the whole building because if the bathroom which is under the 7-11's maintenance is this bad, any food prepared by 7-11 will probably make you sick."

"I have never been into this location and had the clerk give me as much as a smile. By far the worst 7-11 staff in Reno. Rude, not helpful, and quite frankly seem to not even care if people come in at all, seem to want an empty store constantly. I recommend the new location at Rock and Longley. That staff is great"

"Was overcharged then yelled at from across the store when trying to get price clarification for the 1/8 hotdog. Horrifyingly bad customer service, I will never return."

"The worst 711 in the area. Maybe the people who work during the day are better but the night guys are super rude. They try to not honor promotions, they don't give bags for your items unless you ask. They act like as if your annoying them by just being there. Save your money and go elsewhere if it's past 10pm"

"Place is clean, slushy machine always working. Issue is with their gas pumps. My CC never works and I have to use my debit card."
