"Called when they opened and made an appointment for 10:30. Was greeted upon arrival and was seen quickly, which was awesome! Everyone was extremely nice, but did not have that great of an experience with the doctor. If you have children, I would recommend taking elsewhere. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful when my little could not calm down. Very thankful for her!"
"The service here is outstanding, from the welcoming receptionist to the compassionate nurses and the friendly doctor. I’m deeply thankful for the exceptional care I’ve received, especially for the extra measures taken to prevent the spread of Covid and other infections. Grateful for there fast and effecient care."
"I wouldn’t recommend this place. I brought my grandma to this location because it was the closest to us, and they are so rude. Everyone has to wait outside you have to call to ask for anything … I asked a front desk woman who was walking back inside if I could use their restroom? She seemed flustered and said “sure well umm wait a moment” … she never came back out. So my grandma called and asked if we both could actually use the restroom as she too had to go and she needed to blow her nose, and they said given my grandma had congestion she could NOT use the restroom she could go to the gas station up the street, and then they opened the door and told me “we do not have public restrooms but we’ll let you go this time next time I need to go to the gas station up the street, and then they asked me a serious of questions to sensors I had no symptoms, made me put on a mask, and hand sanitizer, then walked me to the restroom and stood outside the door until I came out. When waiting outside they were rude to the other families/patients to the point where the family next to us also said they were going to write a review of this place. I understand taking precautions and setting boundaries but you’re an Urgent CARE facility, you should actually CARE and show kindness to the people coming. Telling an elderly woman she can use the restroom up the street ant a gas station and treating people as if they are an inconvenience for you is so unnecessary. Also the wait time here ridiculous. 2 people ahead of us 30 min and counting wait with no ETA … we decided to go to a further urgent care and when we left the two people ahead where still waiting outside, it didn’t seem anyone was going back anytime soon. The Urgent Care 15 min away from here completely better experience. They had a lot of people waiting but the staff was so kind, happy, caring, and helpful. People were being taken back, and were not forced to stand outside… just like a care facility should be. So point - the staff is beyond rude here. They don’t seem to care much for the people or have any sense of urgency. Don’t waste your time coming to this location. Take the extra 14 min to go elsewhere (do your research). EDIT/NOTE: Regardless of any “COVID Protocols” they can still treat people with kindness, compassion, & respect. They indicated that they are following “COVID” restrictions & protocols they say but not everyone waiting outside was there for “congestion”, one little girl had an ear infection, I certainly had no sick symptoms… Also of course when going to any urgent care you can expect a wait, but the two people there before us had been waiting a long time (all complaining), no one was being called back AND no one was seen leaving … so maybe they had some emergency they were dealing with in the back but there was no obvious sense of urgency. The office staff just seemed entitled and annoyed with everyone outside."
"I brought my step son to Urgent care of Kona. The Doctor there was amazing and very helpful. All we needed to do was fill out a form and was seen. There girls there was very sweet and kind the service there was remarkable. I definitely recommend urgent to my family and friends."
