"Excellent experience renting 3 units from Extra storage. Will was super helpful in showing me around the facility and showed me different units that would accommodate my needs. I was in the middle of collecting furniture for my business (Not Too Shabby) and had to store furniture of all sizes and shapes and Will helped me unload a couple of extra heavy pieces and was super nice about it. They never made me feel I was a pain asking for help. Michelle helped me rent as well at another time when I realized I needed more units, and she was so super nice and friendly and helped me unload a few things as well. I loved that I could drive right up to the space and unload my items and they were clean and neat. I liked seeing the workers drive around in their golf carts checking on things, making sure you are doing ok or seeing if you needed anything or if the unit was satisfactory. The units were super clean and convenient to get to. On the last day of my rental, my workers couldn't get out to help me, and Michelle eased my mind by saying I could be out the next day, no problem. I was able to get a mover to move all my stuff out to my business on time, without feeling super stressed I'd be charged another month if I was a minute late. They really treat you like family. "It has gotten better since the new store manager Michelle came around. I didn’t speak to her much at first but I noticed the hallways being clean and the driveways being cleaner. I also noticed her driving around on the carts more and actually keeping watch. She introduced herself and had a good attitude so it was all around good."
