"So Shame!!! This place was great for Keiki under West Hawaii Community Health Center. Now Bay Clinic or whoever this joke of a company is, is just straight pilua!!!! Daughter has been dealing with having trouble to eat every since they put crowns on her teeth in Kealakekua. Then, call and tell them, they schedule you in Waikaloa, who has never seen the kids or have any knowledge of what is truly going on. Then, you can never get ahold of anyone. Meanwhile, my daughter has been having trouble for 3-5 months. Kealakekua finally calls today telling me we are on the short list and if we want to make an appointment for January 23, 2024. Are you kidding me???? My daughter has been in pain for months and your telling me another 3 months so 8 months after your mistake. Wish they really connected with the kids and island like West Hawaii Community Health did. Take this mainland company back!!!!"

"I am literally FED UP with this clinic. They claim to be big on mental health but you call to schedule an appointment & can't even get through to anyone. EVERYTIME I call, NO ONE answers the phone. I called about maybe 3 or so weeks ago & no one has called me back at all since. & YES, I do have access to the health record portal but the person I am trying to see, isn't even available as an option for me to click on to message. I just gave up on this place already."

"My visit with Dr Heather Miner was so pleasant. She didn't beat around the bush about nonsense, addressed my concern and had a very pleasant bedside manner. The clinic itself was nice and clean. I was surprised to be in and out in just over half an hour. Front desk staff had good customer service, nurse was understanding and nice. If you've gotta be on state insurance, this is the place to go! I will say that since all these medical personnel are vaccinated and wearing masks, patients should have freedom to choose mask or not for themselves, especially if they aren't even ill."

"I was on the website and noticed they accept the Carrington Dental Discount plan. I've had my Carrington plan for many years. When I called to confirm, I was told that they are not accepting any more new adult patients. I really had my hopes dashed out, as I am in dire need of Dental care. I wish there was a way to add my name to a waiting list, whenever they might have any openings for a new patient. Mahalo"

"Speaking specifically about the dental office: I like the staff and the way they interact with patients. But, they talk you into agreeing to services without helping you check insurance coverage. While I understand that’s partly my fault, I feel like they should wholly inform patients of what they’re agreeing to. I got a bill for a service that my 2 year old received this past summer, and when I called to ask about it, they told me that my insurance didn’t cover it. I wish they had told me...I would have said no."
