"Went downhill in customer service and quality of goods. The little pee-on at the front desk has zero customer service skills very rude. I have witnessed him be rude to the other girl who works at the front desk as well. We used to buy a mess ton of pallets from this company but the prices sky rocketed all for greed and the quality of the pallets went down as well. I do not recommend this co.pany whatsoever, I mean unless you are Spanish decent they seem to prioritize that nationality over anyone else. Buyer beware with the auction as well, they sell damaged and not as described items on a regular basis and state they do not offer returns. So in their minds it is okay to bamboozle the customer into thinking they are getting a new unused item but a majority of the time it used and or damaged and doesn't work."

"I’ve been shopping around for good pallets in Las Vegas. After reviewing different places, Vegas Liquidation has everything! And at way better prices than everyone I visited. I bought 4 Amazon pallets a couple weeks ago and now I got 4 more but this time from Target and I'm getting close to gettin my first truckload with them. They answered all my questions and that helped me save time! I was able to flip my items quickly that now I'm back for more."

You cannot even fix the items to make them sellable. It is not the proper way to do business. I felt like we were scammed."
