"At first had a great experience speaking with Susanne, one of their representatives. Came over to the house, got us really excited to work with them, etc. We told her that we were in no rush but she insisted that she would take care of us, work quickly to get an idea board created, put us in contact with someone to help figure what was behind some walls, etc. We again told her that it’s ok if things done happen right away but to just communicate with us on what the timelines would be. Well, communication was the last priority for her. It’s been months since we last spoke. I’ve texted, emailed, called… nothing. DO NOT go with these people if you want to actually have your project even started. They make big promises and never fulfill on even the smallest things."

"DSI is doing the pool and grill area at my apartment complex. They are three months behind and keep making excuses for lazy effort."

"* To be honest, this company is the worst design company I have ever met in the United State. Let’s not talk about if the furniture they gave me is worth that value, their service and attitude are the failures of the company. * First of all, is their OVERLORD TREATY. At the beginning, they promised me to give me a 15% discount and didn’t achieved; * They notified me that a portion of furniture stopped producing already after I finished down payment which was $16,968 in cash, and required me to change my options. * During the Covid-19 pandemic, I don’t have that much cash with me. I ask them if I can pay with an installment plan, what they respond to me is “once it’s all paid then we can deliver your furniture”; I paid in full eventually and so far they still owe me one piece of the furniture; * The price of the furniture in the contract is different from the price they showed me at the beginning. The project amount is calculated based on the price they gave me at the beginning of the project, which is higher; However, when that furniture was discontinued and I want the refund, they gave me the refund is the price on the contract which is lower the amount paid before; * The sum of the furniture price was not matched with the total price in the contract. They neither notified me any of that information nor highlighted everything. I found out that information the next day and was require to terminate the contract. They didn’t agree and two of their bosses came out. During negotiation, they promised me that the designer would accompany me to look at decorations, which they didn't achieve that eventually. * The contract final date was ‪3/28‬, what they responded to was that they couldn’t do the delivery due to the covid-19 and I understand that. However, they reopen after the quarantine and never notify me; I don’t believe if I were a white man, they would treat me with the that attitude and service, I think this is RACIAL DISCRIMINATION. It was actually quite the opposite experience. WAY more affordable than I ever imagined.
