"Bought a $1000+ bed frame plus a mattress from this place to be delivered. The assemblers didn’t even assemble the bed frame correctly/fully and they cracked the wood, plus they ripped the new mattress while carrying it upstairs. I can’t believe they didn’t notify me of the damage. I contacted the company to let them know the issue, I was told it’s nothing they can do about it now that the bed was set up. What type of policy is that? The assemblers damage a $1000+ bed frame, ripped the brand new mattress and the company do nothing about it. This company is unprofessional and untrustworthy. Buy at your own risk because they are no different from Hollywood Furniture."
