"Came in for a table for my living room. Met employee, Hutch, at the front of the store. Introduced himself, showed him the color scheme of my living room and he picked out the perfect table for me. Very nice guy and made my time in the store quick and pleasant. highly recommend!"

"Started out as an okay purchasing experience as there were concerns that the sales representative was selling us what we selevtef and expected. Delivery experience was very bad with a rude, careless delivery & set up, then it just got much worse from there. Return was initially refused by this retailer so I, as the customer, returned the item to the store myself. My advice, don't buy from Ashley, ever. I know I won't. Worse furniture buying experience, ever."

"The only reason this store gets 2 stars and not 0 is because of the manager's ability to resolve customer issues. She was great and deserves credit for doing business the right way. 1. Casey, one of the salesmen is an arrogant person with little to no knowledge of his job. When I asked about a military discount, he told me to come back on Friday because that is the only day Ashley gave military discounts. I left the store and drove 30 mins back home. I called back to the store and asked about the military discount policy and found out that military discounts are offered anytime. 2. I drove back to the store and purchased over $2500 in furniture over two transactions. Casey messed up my first transaction and I had to wait over 30 minutes for the clerk to correct it. Additionally, he never mentioned that for spending over $250, we should receive a free set of dishes. We had to find out on our own by reading a sign that was posted. 3. Casey never showed any compassion or remorse for his mistakes and never once apologized. When we returned for a second purchase and requested another sales person, he simply said, "she's over there". Never once did he call her or give us clear direction on where to find the other sales person. Again, he was very arrogant and nonchalant and could care less about customer satisfaction. He needs to be trained and educated on company policies and procedures. If Casey greets you at the door, do yourself a favor and ask for someone else to help you!!!! Terrible customer service."
