It was a great price and I can’t beat how well it suits me—magniflex is my favorite brand w incredible manufacturing practices and attention to detail. Made in Italy but sold by Bedplanet, the two make a solid combination for purchasing a well thought out and well made bed . And can’t beat the floor model/ close out prices. I worked consistently w T for several calls and decision points and he was always gracious and informative."

"very sad to say i will not be recommending this place to anyone who is looking for a mattress. So when i had went in that guy was very helpful with finding us the bed we wanted nothing wrong in that area. My issue was that the guy who helped me told me that i would get a call on Monday or Tuesday morning, 2 days after i had bought the mattress about the delivery of the mattress. He left out that part where my mattress has to be made. which isnt a problem its awesome to know i have a mattress thats not sitting in a warehouse. anyway tuesday morning i call them and ask whats going on. He tells me its being made right now an in 1-2 days it will be done an ship... i told him that was unacceptable for the reason being that he didnt tell me this. i told him when i was at the store buying the mattress that i was in need of same day or next day delivery. i was about to leave to go to another store that was gunna deliver monday morning but i had not because the guy told me it would be quick. Again he said it would be to me in 1-2 days because i ordered in on the weekend i understood that. So 4 more days go by and i hear nothing. i call the 4th day that guy says i just send a email saying it will be here monday or tuesday from cali. i asked him why was the guy before telling me it will be here 2 weeks sooner then it normally takes he had no answer for me.... im just very very comfused why this company has there people giving false info about delivery and shipping. I spoke to them about getting my money back but they wanted to charge me 20% restocking fee when the mattress wasnt even made... i accept things take time and stuff happens. but what isnt acceptable is being told one thing then something else happens. if im late on my car payment or late on my rent i get my car taken or kick out of my house. so if you guys are late on what u say or do whats the repercussion? will never go through u guys again."

"Fantastic experience! Both of my sons purchased beds a couple of weeks apart. They were both so happy with the no pressure experience, great pricing, and service! Well, I decided to buy a new bed as well. We ordered a firm mattress, and I’m sleeping better than ever! Everyone was extremely helpful explaining the difference between the different types of mattresses. We opted for a Magniflex brand which is made in Italy."

"Just spoke with don about adjustable bed bases, and even though I'm out of state, he gave me all the time in the world and is extremely knowledgeable - it is very nice to find this level of customer satisfaction and appreciation in 2024! Don could answer any question, as he is extremely knowledgeable about every facet of adjustable bed bases and mattresses, and gives firm and Concrete answers highly recommend! I'm gonna make my decision the next day or two and will definitely purchase for bed planet because of Don!"

"I am happy to give Tanner and Bedplanet FIVE stars base on my recent experiences. I ordered a king size Dawn house bed from Bedplanet online last week. I called the customer service number on the website and asked many questions regarding the bed features, shipping details, and discounts... Tanner was answered all my questions professionally which gave me a confidence to by from this company. He applied a 10% discounts, free shipping, and no sales taxes as the store is in Las Vagus. In the end, I received a better customer services and price than the manufacture online. I will refer this company to my friends and anyone who has a need for bed products."
