"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE OR ONLINE. I ordered a brown loft ottoman in Jan 2023. I was told it was out of stock. After 1 year waiting for the ottoman I requested a refund. They said they would refund me. It’s been 15 plus emails and now three month later no refund. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN FOR STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE JUST TRYING TO BUY SOME FURNITURE."

"The worst experience in my life. Order was never shipped, support service fed me with promises to fix the issue, when after 2 month back and forth I canceled my order, they never send my money back. Run from even a thought to buy something there!"

"Wish I read these reviews before purchasing! The sofa arrived extremely late (was offered a partial refund I never received). For every 5 emails I sent, I'd get one reply claiming my other emails accidentally got sent to a spam folder. After the couch was finally delivered, the fabric was worn down. Originally (after multiple attempts to comtact) they offered to send a replacement cover "if" they had one in stock. Multiple months and emails later and I still have not had a response. I purchased a new couch full price and expect it to be in new condition."

"TERRIBLE COMPANY! STAY AWAY! In January of 2023, I purchased a sofa from this company. However, when I checked my bank account, I saw that the charge was from a company in Las Vegas that sold medical masks. I tried to contact their customer service email multiple times but received no feedback. Eventually, I contacted my bank and claimed the charge as fraudulent. The bank told me they would investigate, and I should feel comfortable to repurchase a sofa from a different vendor, which I did. To my surprise, a few weeks later I received a sofa from Mario Capasa. Eventually Mario Capasa customer service email responded to my emails, they promised to take their sofa back for a refund (it was unopened). They arranged for a delivery and stated that I didn't need an RMA. The sofa was picked up on march 16 and delivered to back them on March 23 by Ceva logistics. However, Mario Capaso disappeared again, and I have not received a refund or the sofa. I feel that legal action is necessary. A company like this should not be allowed to continue operating."

"Terrible terrible company. I ordered a couch and it came damaged. They took 4 weeks to come pick it up and when they finally did no refund was issued. After 30 emails they finally admitted they found the return and the person handling it “was no longer working with them”. Two weeks later still no refund so I filed a dispute. After emailing them about the dispute they finally answered and said if I cancel the dispute they will refund me to Venmo?? So I cancelled it and they have ignored me for 3 weeks. Simply the worst quality couches and customer service I have ever seen. These guys are theives. $3000 has been held from me for over 4 months now. STAY AWAY"
