"Like most of us, when you’re looking to make a purchase you want to make sure you’re getting the best value and service. I had researched different brands across the board but it’s nothing like going to a place that has them for you to try out and get a true feel for what you want. Our first stop was Mor furniture followed by Ashley’s. Neither of those places can compare to the quality of detail, education and transparency we were given by the owner himself Tony. We were respected and offered every possible option no matter what we were planning to spend. Which was never even disclosed or even decided on. We ended up making a purchase and have now had our new mattress for over 2weeks. The delivery was excellent and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Tony gave me a screaming deal on a floor model box spring, was very flexible on when I could pick it up, and was all around a really cool guy to talk to. "we had such a great experience buying a mattress from Sierra Mattress Company last weekend. From the minute we walked in, it was just a pleasant, NO PRESSURE situation. Matt was so cool, very kind, super knowledgeable, but not pushy at all and didn't try to talk us into anything, really. We got a free mattress cover with the purchase the mattress (thanks!) and Matt must have thanked us 3 or 4 times for shopping local. Finally, they delivered the mattress (Incline Village) and took away our old one for free. The day of delivery, they called ahead of time to confirm they were on their way. Such decent folks. And again, so thankful for our decision to shop local. Very refreshing all the way around. Couldn't recommend them any more highly."

"My husband and I live out of town and came to Reno to shop for a new bed. We went to a couple different stores with salesmen trying to sell us something (most expensive) that we didn’t ask about.
