"It's Home Depot, so what's to say about it? With the current administration in office, the prices of every item is up at least 25%. I went there last time to purchase a shovel to remove snow from my sidewalk, and they had no actual snow shovels. Instead, they had grain shovels made of plastic. They work ok for snow. The issue was the price... $38.00!"

"Ordered a new LG refrigerator. Standard model (not a built-in or panel-ready) Delivery crew did a quick, clean, & professional job of delivering the fridge. I would recommend them. I’m very disappointed with the purchasing experience w/Home Depot. Everything pointed to the new refrigerator being installed and the existing one hauled away. I got a call the day before delivery saying the fridge would be dropped in the driveway or garage. The dispatcher claimed the fridge was a “built-in unit”which it is not. She claimed at 42” wide they consider it to be a “built-in unit” and that install & haul was not their responsibility. Very frustrating, and will add an additional $1,000 to the total cost to have this refrigerator installed and the old one hauled away. This should have been made abundantly clear at time of purchase."

"This is probably my favorite Home Depot in the Reno/Sparks/Carson City area. It is always very well lit and very clean. Finding an employee may not be quite as easy as it is in most of their other locations but I've never had and major problem finding one. The employees have always been very polite and helpful. The inventory is extensive and well stocked on most items. Their prices always seem to be competitive with other similar stores."
